Pause. Breathe. Reconnect.

Join us on the 3rd Saturday morning of each month for 30 minutes of a guided mindfulness session designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect – drawing from time tested eastern wisdom traditions like meditation, Ayurveda, yoga and Reiki.

Why We Gather

At Medha, we view mindfulness as a practice of remembering—returning to the breath, the body, and a steady sense of presence amid daily demands. These monthly sessions create a consistent, supportive space to pause, reset, and build resilience over time. Whether you are new to mindfulness or reconnecting with an established practice, you are welcome to join exactly as you are.
